Igoumenitsa is a small city extended around a natural bay. To the west it is bordered by the sea and to the east by a beautiful small spinney. Finally the prefecture is full of beautifully coastal hamlets, some of them quiet and graphic as Plataria and Sagiada and other noisy and touristic but equally beautiful as Sybota and Parga.
